These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the jata365 platform and all its services. By visiting the jata365 website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have automatically accepted these Terms.

The following terms apply to all financial transactions at jata365. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 for Mobile Pay/Nagad, ৳500 for Rocket, and ৳1,000 for bank transfer.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 for mobile banking, ৳2,000 for bank transfer.
• Withdrawal Verification: KYC must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Same method: Withdrawals are generally processed via the same method used for the original deposit.
• Daily limit: The maximum daily withdrawal is ৳30,000 via mobile banking and ৳2,00,000 via bank transfer.
• Processing Time: Mobile banking withdrawals are typically completed in 15–30 minutes; bank transfers take 2–24 hours.
• Charges: jata365 does not charge any processing fees. However, charges from your bank or mobile operator may apply.

Specific terms and conditions apply to all bonuses and promotional offers at jata365. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

• Wagering Requirements: Every bonus has a wagering requirement. The bonus cannot be withdrawn until you have placed bets equal to the multiplier stated on the bonus page.

• Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Hacking an account or gaining unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Attempting to interfere with jata365's systems or security infrastructure.
• Money laundering or any form of illegal financial transaction.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.

Users may request account closure at any time. Once you contact support, the account is typically closed within 24 hours.

• It is recommended that you withdraw any available balance before voluntarily closing your account.
• Jata365 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the event of a rule violation.
• A temporary account suspension option is also available to support responsible betting.

Jata365 makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted service. However, jata365 will not be held liable under the following circumstances.

• If a bet is not completed due to an internet disconnection.
